My Emotions Matter teaches Emotional Intelligence through workshops, courses, and consulting. They were struggling to communicate the details of their work clearly. With a shift toward more B2B transactions, they needed a professional website that built trust and credibility while catering to both businesses and individuals.

Challenges
The company knew their work was important, and their clients agreed. However, the details of what they did and how they did it were difficult to communicate. They needed to present themselves professionally while appealing to both businesses and individuals, two very different audiences.
Approach
We focused on creating clear, concise content by reviewing all existing documentation and marketing materials. We restructured the narrative to create distinct differentiation between service offerings. Thorough research and mood boarding helped us explore visual directions before settling on a final look and feel that worked for both target audiences.

The company has seen significant growth in lead quality and noticeable improvement in client interactions. Clients now have more clarity about what they want and which offerings they seek, reducing back-and-forth and improving conversion.
